		<description>Just to correct the info above, the prison requires Michael to attend the 6 month drug treatment now while still in prison. In NY, the main way to get good time is not to lose it! Usually you do 2/3&#039;s of your sentence, and if you&#039;re good the whole time, you&#039;ll be eligible for Conditional Release. (this is not for all sentences, but it&#039;s true for Michael&#039;s) Classes help also, but you have to put the time in! Even if you lose good time, as most inmates do, it usually happens earlier and is expected while getting used to prison life. If you turn into a model inmate during the last several years, you show you&#039;re ready and deserve to get out, so they decide how much time you should get back based on behavior and accomplishments.</description>
